Found It on Facebook Marketplace, landed with a brilliant selection this week. Your job is to guess the listed price of some of the more, let's say, interesting things people are trying to sell online right now.
This week we had a vintage Last Supper resin sculpture, heavy but in very good condition. Then a pair of hand knitted emotional support comfort chickens, 13 inches high by 13 inches long, made with double lengths of DK wool and safety eyes. And rounding things off, a miniature vintage copper and brass deep sea diving helmet replica. The Tuesday Total came to £98, and today's closest guesser in the studio was Millie, one of the Magna team playing along, who came in at £106. But the star of the show was Flat Pack Charlie, our closest listener, with a cracking guess of £95.
We also played Topical Tune, where I find a news story and you suggest the song that best sums it up. Today's story was about an airport sign that's been causing a bit of a panic amongst holidaymakers. The sign simply reads, "Did you leave your oven on?" Brilliant. Sophie Ellis Bexter's Take Me Home from Dave in Boston took the top spot, and the full top five had some absolute gems in there from listeners across Lincolnshire, from Gainsborough all the way down to Nettleham.
